Metro Green is negotiating to build this project. Interior tenant fit-up for a 3,500sf adaptive re-use of a historic church building to accommodate new meeting rooms, open office space, kitchen, library, and restrooms with ADA shower and would like to invite you to participate in the bid process.

Work includes Div. 2 selective demo, Div., Div.3 poured-in-place concrete, stamped/stained concrete finish, Div. 4 masonry, Div. 5 structural steel framing, decorative railing fabrication, Div. 6 rough framing, architectural casework, Div. 7 asphalt shingle roofing, gutters & downspouts, caulk/seal, Div. 8 doors/frames/hardware, storefront/glass, Div. 9 drywall/metal framing, acoustical ceilings, tile, resilient flooring, painting/wallcovering, Div. 10 toilet accessories, operable wall, Div 21 plumbing, Div. 23 HVAC, Div. 26 electrical.
