This is a competitive bid to remodel and add an expansion to an existing Walmart Supercenter in Rockwood, TN.  The new expansion will be 5,640 SF.

Please note that the expansion has been removed from the scope of work and the construction dates have been updated.

   •Completion: 10/31/2024

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This is a competitive bid to remodel an existing Walmart Supercenter in Rockwood, TN.  The expansion portion of this project was removed in Addendum #1.

This project has a 16-week construction schedule.  

All remodel work is to be performed at night after the close of normal business hours.  (Sundays 9 pm - Fridays 7 am).
