The site involves site demolition per plan, erosion control, storm sewer &

utilities, concrete sidewalks & curbs, heavy & light duty asphalt and concrete

pavement, striping, light poles, closed in brick wall and wood fence with matching

dumpster gates for wood storage area, patio railing, and more. excavation dirt

work to balance including backfill of curbs etc. for landscaper. Landscape and

irrigation to be included.

The exterior of the building includes new finishes, concrete footers,

concrete piers for fire features, wood & steel columns, wood framing. New

finishes include brick veneer, wall tile, fiber cement siding, architectural metals,

aluminum flashing/coping, RTU’s and PVC membrane roofing on rigid insulation. A

new 505 square foot concrete covered wood patio area.

The interior of the building includes drywall for walls‐plywood on interior

walls where called out and ceiling, FRP, toilet fixtures & accessories, tile,

acoustical ceiling, painting, wall coverings, storefront, Quartz and granite counter

tops, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler & fire alarm, electrical, and more.
