We would like to invite you to bid the new amenity center in a build to rent community called Symphony Lakes, in Palmetto Florida. This project entails ground up construction of roughly 3000 SQFT of this high end clubhouse. Included are sets of Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings. ID's are not included. Also included are two site plans showing pool deck. Please exclude the play area as we need further details. Please exclude the mail kiosk as we need further details. It is also good to note that the plans say Cantabria Amenity, the developers are using the same amenity in a previous development to construct at Symphony Lakes.
