H&A has been requested to provide a complete proposal to construct a NEW C-Store Gas Station with Diesel offer based on the documents provided.  We are pleased to invite you to provide us with a proposal for the above-mentioned project.  We are requesting proposals be returned no later than 5/13/2024 at noon EST.

The project scope is:  Complete site work improvements with utilities and DOT work (4.58 ac disturbed) to include asphalt paving, striping, landscaping, and other site improvements per plans, and specifications within documents.  New wood framed, structural steel supported building (4743 sq. ft.) with included finished sales space. Exterior finishes include Nichiha with Metal Panels.  Interiors include paint, Tile flooring, sealed concrete, framing, drywall, ceilings, and full MEP’s.

SPECIAL PROJECT NOTES: 

1. Supplemental Documents (for review and reference): Geo-technical report, Fuel Canopy Documents, and Signage documents.

2. Specifications found within documents with no substitution allowed.

3. 7Eleven REQUIRES a detailed breakdown and we’ve included their Bid Form for your use and submission with your proposal.

4. Scope of work by others:

   1. Fuel Canopy furnish and install.

5. Scope of work to be included:

   1. Fuel Systems – to include associated electrical and canopy miscellaneous items.  Materials furnished by SEI per documents.

   2. Fuel Canopies column footings per design documents.  Anchor Bolts furnished by the vendor.

   3. Fuel Concrete Flatwork – to include Canopy, Miscellaneous pads, and UST Cover per design documents.  Refer to Fuel plans for additional information.

6. National Account materials to be provided by H&A to be installed:

   1. Trash Enclosure gates

   2. Building roof access ladder

   3. Nichiha materials

   4. HVAC RTU’s & registers

   5. Electrical gear and lighting package

7. Owner Furnished items to be installed:

   1. Cooler/Freezer

   2. Refrigeration equipment

   3. Gondolas / FFE

   4. Tile (to be confirmed)

   5. FRP (to be confirmed)

   6. Wall Covering (to be confirmed)

The anticipated date of commencement is June 2024 with completion by March 2025.  The project address is 3523 Deere Road SE, Decatur, AL 35603.
