Connection Technology Center Naples, FL

Please see attached plans for an interior renovation for a connection technology center. Included in these plans are Architectural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical drawings. The demolition of each trade is located in the specified drawings. ID drawings are in the works. Please contact Scott with any questions.

We will hold a walkthrough on Wednesday May 8th at 10AM. Please contact Scott Bedri Scottb@build-gh.com and confirm you are attending.
RFI's will be due Friday May 10th at 4:30PM
Bids due back are due Tuesday May 21st at 4:30PM

A few items to note-
1) There is an area of work space and a vet space on A001. This portion will include the area of work space only. The vet space will be phase 2 of this project.
2) This is our project and the first phase is going into permit now. We plan to start as soon as we have permit in hand. Phase 2 will start 1st quarter of next year.
3) There are no fire alarm or sprinkler drawings we need subcontractors to create drawings to be able to go into permit.
