This Project consists of three (3) areas of work, Areas: 1A Clinic Backfill, 1st Floor and 2nd Floor, Referance 00010 Bid Schedule in the Specifications.
Refer to the Alternates listed in the bid schedule. Provide a price for each Alternate listed.
Work consists of demolition, misc. metals, millwork, spray fireproofing,
doors, frames, hardware, aluminum windows, glass & glazing, drywall, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, resiliant flooring and base, carpeting, painting, toilet accessories, wall & corner guards, fire extinguishers & cabinets, cubical curtin tracks, metal lockers, radiation protection, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, communications, electronic safety & security, nurse call.

The Bid Package must be delivered to Little Rock, Arkansas, on the required bid date. The Trevino Group must send our bid via Federal Express the day before the bid is due. The Trevino Group needs Subcontrcator/Vendor bids the day before the Owner's bid date listed.

All MEP Shutdowns may be required to be done afterhours and/or on weekends. All work that creates noise and/or vibration may be required to be done afterhours and/or on weekends.

The Trevion Group requires all Subcontractors to have Workmens Compensation Statutory, including Employers Liability Insurance, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insuranse and all Subcontractors must list The Trevino Group as a primary additional insured party.
