Special instructions	The Work includes the renovation of an existing office suite converting it into a Data Center and removing walls separating the project area and the existing Data Center to make them continuous, (circa 1500 square feet) located on the first floor of the UNC Hospitals� Meadowmont Building located at 300 Meadowmont Village Circle, Chapel Hill, NC. The work includes interior renovation including, but not limited to, coordination of the installation of new Data Center Electrical & Mechanical Equipment, installation of all associated utilities to power new owner provided and installed equipment, installation of a back-up generator and a masonry enclosure, installation of new structural columns, girders and beams to support floor in Data Center. Renovation work includes new or reconfigured flooring, walls, doors, ceilings, and new or reconfigured mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and fire protection systems.
