The TRUSS PACKAGE has been prepurchased by the owner.
2.
CONCRETE PAVING (circle and drive) and patching of existing utility cuts
(approx 1900 sf) to be included in the bid.
3.
Change the FINISH FLOOR ELEVATIONS to 67.5. The pad will be graded to 66.90
+/- .1’ by others.
4.
DOMESTIC WATER and SEWER laterals will be brought to within 5” of the building
by others.
5.
FIRE LINE (4”) from check valve assembly to buildings will be by Fire Protection
bidders. FIRE LINE to the Point of Service (including double detector check
valve assembly) will be by others.
6.
LANDSCAPE (North Plan) and IRRIGATION (North Plan) are included in the
bid. Water line from the lake will be supplied to the valve boxes by others.
7.
MULCHING of existing trees will be by others.
8.
ST. AUGUSTINE SOD is to be included in the bid. Retention areas will be
sodded by others.
9.
