Waxhaw Town Campus Waxhaw NC

The Work consists of site development for the new Waxhaw Town Campus, a new one story
building for the Town of Waxhaw Public Service and Parks & Recreation Departments, and a
new two story building for the Waxhaw Town Hall. The Waxhaw Town Hall includes office
space for Planning and Inspections, as well as Town Management, Town Council and the
Mayor. New Town Council Chambers are included in the project.

1. The Work includes concrete slab on grade with a combination of masonry bearing walls and structural steel framing for Town Hall Building and structural steel framing and metal building assembly for Public Service and Parks & Recreation Building (PSPR). The exterior consists of masonry and stone veneer with aluminum windows and single-ply membrane roofing for Town Hall Building.

2. The project also includes fire sprinkler system for fire protection.

3. Interior finishes include a combination of gypsum wallboard on metal studs or furring channels, acoustical and gypsum board ceilings. Floors finishes include carpet, tile, and other materials as scheduled.
