Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Prattville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. Principal items of work include demolition of an approximately 11,000 SF playground area, construction of a 1,000 SF public restroom structure, renovation of an existing public restroom facility, installation of approximately 750 LF of ornamental steel fencing, and approximately 350 SY of 4” concrete sidewalk.
