This project is a 49,237 SF one-story ground-up building constructed of structural steel, metal studs and drywall, and full MEP systems. The exterior is a mix of storefront, EIFS, and brick veneer. The site is approximately 5.6 acres of fully-wooded property situated at the corner of Parc Hill Blvd and Veterans Memorial Parkway in Orange City, FL. A small modular block retaining wall is required at the rear of the site to provide the correct grades for the building. The Therapy Garden area requires synthetic turf, walkways of different stamped concrete, and a concrete patio with structural steel canopies. There is some minor rework of the entry roads to add a turning lane into the site. Sewer service is a force main type.
