This project consists of the construction of three 3-story wood framed buildings containing 78 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment units, and a clubhouse. The project is scheduled to start 1st Quarter 2022. Please submit all bids by Wednesday, September 29th at 2 PM.

Trades included in the scope of work are the following: Site Work, Landscaping, Concrete, Gypcrete, Masonry, Miscellaneous Metals, Trusses, Cabinets, Countertops, Waterproofing/Caulking, Insulation, Shingle and TPO Roofing, Siding, Doors and Hardware, Vinyl Windows, Drywall, Flooring, Paint, Division 10 Specialties, Storage Lockers, Appliances, Window Blinds, Elevators, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Alarm.
