Pricing is requested for the Wendover Plaza Site and Facade Renovations. The project includes demolition of the existing facade finishes of the Jr. Anchor and the Outparcel Shops in preparation for a complete renovation for a new facade. Landlord scope of work for a Starbucks up-fit is included for the Outparcel Shops. Parking lot alterations include demolition, utility work, storm drainage, mill and re-pave, sidewalks, and site lighting.
