Pre-Fab Building & Canopy Details

Building to be built and installed by 7-Brew (no cranes needed in bid)

Building will arrive in 2 parts – bottom box and top box

Interiors will be pre-wired, pre-plumbed, with ductwork installed; rooftop unit will be included

GC to be responsible for final connections (mostly under building) – to be inspected on site

Water – line stubbed down below floor, all pex/color-coded

GC to source and install grease trap

Electrical – GC will need to run whips in to J boxes from top box and canopies

Canopies will be installed by 7-Brew (drill and epoxy); GC to ensure top of footer is at same elevation as finished grade around it

Equipment supplier will be in charge of sourcing and installing equipment and tables; GC to run whip from ice machine condenser to disconnect on top box and make final electrical connection to WIC compressor/evaporator (run up side, not through floor)

** If Interior walls will be open, please provide a lumpsum budget number to provide/install these items** INTERIOR FINISH OUT

National Modular Building Installation

On site crane (not provided)

Additional work not provided – GC will need to do these:

2-line sets are through the roof for Ice maker, no roof penetrations required, mechanical will need to install ice machine and 2 condensers on the roof and charge system

Will need to start up and test HVAC system

Electrical:

The building will ship prewired, National Modular will provide no onsite electrical work

By others

Provide and install locally approved 400-amp Meter Can wire into 400-amp breaker

Provide a disconnect and wire RTU

Wire and conduit have already penetrated roof for 2 circuits 2 ice machine condensers, provide and install disconnects and wire condensers.

There is a circuit provided from timer for canopy lighting, electrician will install LED discs under canopy and daisy chain to timed circuit (Nat Mod will supply lights and cut holes in canopy soffit for lights)

Install LED around canopies your electrician will need to wire up junction from provided from timed power source to Lights.

Building sign package, if the signs are installed at Haven, Ks we will wire them into a timed circuit in the muffin top and penetrate the low voltage wire to exterior for each sign, both side signs will be installed prior to shipping, the center medallion will be shipped inside the Muffin top, after 2 halves are bolted together on the ground, GC will install front medallion to building, the existing low voltage wire will need to be made up inside of sign.

Muffin top wiring, there will be a 1” Liquid tight conduit with 3 circuits in it penetrated through
