Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Birmingham, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,500-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility. New Student Organizations Facility. Prime Contractors that are properly licensed for this type of work are required to prequalify in order to bid.

SCOPE OF WORK
Construction of the New Student Organizations Facility, located on the northwest corner of 11thAvenue South and 14th Street South. The new structure is a single-story building with brick
veneer that includes assembly and assembly support space, offices and administrative space,storage, and a catering kitchen. The scope of work also includes demolition of the existing parking lot on the site, site work and grading for the new facility. Total project approximately 12,800 GSF
