Work includes but is not limited to demo, sitework, utilities, landscaping & irrigation, hardscapes, concrete, masonry, structural & misc. steel, carpentry, insulation, waterproofing, roofing, stucco, siding, windows, doors & hardware, MS framing & drywall, flooring, cabinets & tops, pool, elevators, trash chutes, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.

Bids must be good for 90 days, and duration of project is 730 calendar days (24 months). Anticipated construction start is planned for December 1st, 2022. Include all applicable taxes in the proposals.
