Complete site work improvements (2.56 ac disturbed) to include grading, utilities, curb, paving, landscaping, and other site improvements per plans, Geotechnical report, and specifications.  New PEMB building furnished by Client (approximately 14,651 sq.ft.) with included finished office space (2,000 sq.ft.).  Responsibility Matrix is located on sheet CS.03. Base bid is to include specified products/manufacturer without substitution per Project Manual included with bid documents.

NOTE:  Project Manual has been provided for reference and bid purposes only.  Instruction to Bidders is for General Contractor use only and subcontractors shall include accordingly.  Some requests will only apply to General Contractor use only in final preparation of our proposal to the Client.

Anticipated date of commencement is late-October to early-November with completion within 180 days.  Project address is 331 Rosedale Drive, Hiram, GA 30141.
