Solicitation of budget pricing for the Southchase Building C shell and office interior fit out. This project consists of one distribution warehouse (86,000 SF) consisting of site demolition/clearing, underground utilites, stormwater, asphalt paving, curb & gutter, pavement markings, concrete paving at loading dock/dolly pads, termite treatment, poured-in-place concrete, tilt-wall panels, reinforcing, masonry, structural steel, misc fabrications, joists & decking, rough carpentry, millwork, TPO membrane roofing, caulk/seal, doors/frames/hardware, overhead doors, storefront systems, glass & glazing, drywall, flooring, painting, toilet accessories, textured coating, hardener/sealer, entrance canopy, fire ext., Knox Box, dock equipment, loading dock bumpers, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. (MEP is design build)

1. Provide breakout pricing for the interior fit-out vs Shell.

6. MEP Clarifications:

HVAC - Warehouse ventilation - code minimum spec office - code minimum warehouse tonnage of 1/300 sf. Freeze Protection - Unit heaters, heat to 40 degrees to prevnt freezing

Plumbing - Sanitary and water for spec office, include one hose bibb in janitor closet - 6" sanitary for warehouse, domestic water

Electrical - 1200 amps of 3 phase power, LED lighting to achieve 30 fc in warehouse
