Chuck E Cheese Round Rock TX

Notes: This project is an open remodel of the Chuck E Cheese restaurant in Round Rock, TX. All interior work will be done at night after the store closes with daily cleanup. Parkway Construction is the GC on this project. Construction is scheduled to start January 9, 2023. Interior and exterior finishes are being updated. New furniture and décor are being installed. New flooring in the dining room and front line counter area. We will add a new video wall and LED dance floor. The floor outlet system is being redone and USB wall outlets are being added. Restroom work is limited to new automatic flush valves and cleaning. Trades include: Concrete Cutting, Concrete Patching, Carpentry (we bundle light demo, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, drywall, metal stud framing, and acoustical ceilings under one contract), EIFS, Storefront doors, Interior Doors, Ceramic Tile, Carpet Tile Labor, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Plumbing, and Electrical.
