The project scope is:  Complete site work improvements to include grading (1.94 ac site disturbed), utilities, asphalt, landscaping, and other site improvements per plans and specifications.  Existing building and car wash structure demolition.  New structural steel building (5175 SF) to include brick exterior finishes, full interior finishes, & complete HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing & Electrical systems. Base bid is to include specified products/manufacturer without substitution.  Any substitutions can be submitted as separate alternate line items.

 SPECIAL PLAN NOTES:   

1. Fuel UST and Canopy demolition by Owner.

2. New Fuel Scope of work by Owner to include UST & Canopy SOG.

3. New Fuel Canopy by Owner.

4. Bar Joist and Decking furnished by Owner (off-load & installation to be included).
