• This is an Encompass Health Special Project / Major Renovation.

• LOCATION: Birmingham, AL

• NUMBER OF BEDS: N/A

• Renovation of existing 2nd floor kitchen in a single phase. Approx 3,442 SF area.

• Creation of a temporary pharmacy (approx. 1,496SF) so that 1st floor pharmacy can temporarily relocate to allow contractor access to above ceiling space on 1st floor. This must be done prior to kitchen renovation. 1st Floor pharmacy is approx. 1,372 SF.

• Temporary utilities for and connections to temporary kitchen trailers being provided by Others. Demolition of temporary utilities after kitchen renovation to be included.

• Permanent site work / improvements for kitchen renovation. Approx 0.01AC of disturbance.
