StayAPT Suites Bessemer AL

This is a parkway project. Parkway is responsible for construction of the building only. The site work is being performed by a separate gc. The building is a 3 story slab-on-grade, wood framed building, with tpo membrane roof. Automatic sprinkler system is provided per nfpa 13r standards. Building is used for guestrooms, registration, laundry, and mechanical/ electrical rooms.
