Update of Description:

This is a renovation of a 2,400 SF block building for a Taproom.

There is a new roof deck extension that will be supported by structural steel adjacent to the existing building. Adjacent areas are also included.

We are waiting to receive some revised drawings soon.

Please feel free to provide any Voluntary Alternates / Value Engineering that can help to provide some savings to the owner.

If your company can cover multiple scopes, please feel free to include them.

All items inside the existing building have been removed. There is some minor demolition involved.

For Mechanical scope, there is currently one operational unit in working condition: The owner would like to consider the following alternates:

1. Add another unit to the existing one.

2. Replace the existing unit with a larger one.

3. Replace the existing unit and add another new one.
