This is a HUD Project. Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages and Certified Payroll are REQUIRED. Work includes the complete construction of a 120 unit rental apartment project, 3 and 4 story buildings with 2 level precaste concrete parking structure which includes stairs, site improvements and accessory elements and all other items as indicated on the Contract Documents and as may be required for the completion of the project. Project construction to be composed of a wood frame component. Project is located at Hull Street in Athens, Georgia.
