Gainesville City Hall Renovation Gainesville, GA

This project is a renovation of the historic Gainesville City Hall. Are of work is primarily on the  main level of the building. Work on the main level includes laying out new gallery meeting spaces, new restroom facilities, lighting and heating and ventilation. A new exterior handicap ramp will be constructed on the north eas exit side.

The work will include demolition and construction of interior walls, ceilings, floors, and finishes. The Work also includes: plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and casework. Exterior work includes concrete and

landscaping demolition, water service and lighting fixture relocation, and marble-veneered ADA compliant entrance ramp construction

This project has scheduled three “open house” periods at the City Hall building to allow all subcontractors to access and inspect the project areas.
