Berkeley County Detention Center Moncks Corner, SC Rebid

Berkeley County is seeking qualified contractors to perform construction of a 103,000 SF addition to the existing Detention Center complex located at 300 California Ave., Moncks Corner, SC. The primary addition is for a four-story housing building of 95,000 SF. The remainder is one story for a medical suite. Construction is masonry wall bearing with cast-in-place and pre-cast concrete floors. Roof construction is steel for joist. This is a rebid of a previous solicitation with modifications specified herein.
