Heritage Upper School Newnan, GA

Project Scope of Work: The Upper School will be 11,648 sf, one level, and will consist of 12 classrooms. There are offices and a conference room included in the design as well. The site sits behind the Media Center and will require the relocation of overhead power lines. There are two small sheds on the site that will be demoed and disposed of. Coweta County is requiring improvements to be made to Highway 29 at the school entrance as part of this project. These improvements include a deceleration lane, widening the school driveway, and improving the entrance intersection.
