Chuck E Cheese Cerritos, CA Major Remodel

This project is an open remodel of the Chuck e Cheese in Cerritos, CA. All interior work is done at night after the store closes with daily cleanup. Parkway Construction is the GC on this project. Construction is scheduled to start May 15, 2023 and will run for 8 weeks. Interior finishes are being updated with new carpet, tile, painting, restroom remodels, new video wall, new LED dance floor, new furniture & decor. Trades include: Concrete Cutting, Concrete patching, Carpentry (we bundle light demo, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceilings under one contract on these remodels), storefront doors, stucco, ceramic tile, carpet labor, interior painting, partial exterior painting, restroom accessories, toilet partitions, solid surface countertops, plumbing, and electrical.
