The all tile will be removed so new tile can be installed (except the men’s showers - these were done previously due to a leak). The Black Card Spa will be renovated to include new ceilings and new finishes per the plans. Light fixtures will be changed out for new except the high bay lights on the gym floor. New paint and wallpaper finishes will be installed throughout the entire club. The exterior facade will need to be patched where the old sign was and painted and replace the awnings per the plans.
