Wellington at Hershey's Mill West Chester, PA

This is an open shop remodel of an existing retirement facility. We anticipate that construction will begin in August of 2023 and last through January of 2024 because of phasing. We will work during normal business hours. We will need the following trades to complete this interior remodel. Demolition (check the ID pages for additional flooring in the N & S corridors), minor concrete repair, handrails, millwork, finish carpentry, plastic laminate, stone counter tops, doors/frames/hardware, drywall/metals studs/blocking, flooring (install owner provided carpet, furnish and install tile, lvt, vinyl base), painting (look at ID pages for all painting to be included as well as E sheets to include touch up), toilet accessories, elevator finishes, plumbing, HVAC and electrical.
