This project is a 14,497 SF tenant improvement for a new Chuck E Cheese restaurant located at Puente Hills East shopping center on Colima Road. We are taking over an existing lease space. Trades include: Selective Demolition, Concrete Cutting, Concrete Patching, CMU Masonry, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Insulation, Doors/Hardware, Storefront, Window Tinting, Drywall, Metal Stud Framing, Stucco Patching, Acoustical Ceilings, Ceramic Tile, Carpet Labor, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Drywall Finishing, Toilet Partitions, Restroom Accessories, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Site Concrete (ADA Ramps), Pavement Markings, and Asphalt Paving.
