Project Description:  Ground up construction of (2) Multi-family buildings as a part of the North Dekalb Mall Redevelopment. Building A1 (Wrap Style) includes 242 units and Building B1 (Wrap Style) includes 228 Units with 26 Townhomes. Current plans are Schematic Design. Estimated start will be 2nd quarter 2024.
