City of Venice New Water Booster Pump Station Nokomis, FL Rebid

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this Project is to construct a water booster pump station with a 2-MG aboveground storage tank and approximately 13,000-LF of 16-inch diameter off-site potable water transmission mains that will provide connections to the City’s distribution system. Other improvements include the addition of a new bi-directional emergency interconnect station with Sarasota County, and approximately 9,000-LF extension of the City’s fiber optic service from the existing water reclamation facility to the new booster station.  Estimated $20 MM project.
