Project Description: The existing Hilton garden inn is a 5-story, 130 room hotel located at the Stonecrest Mall. It is assumed to be non-combustible construction. The building is primarily r-1 occupancy with accessory mixed use occupancy at the ground floor including business (b), assembly (a-2), and dining facilities.  This renovation is a level 2 alteration and will include the building exterior paint scheme, public spaces, guestrooms and minimal back of house scope. Furniture replacement and finish updates will be implemented throughout all areas including the lobby, shop restaurant and bar, pre-function, meeting rooms, boardroom and guestrooms.  Existing egress and fresh air intake shall remain as is. There shall be no alteration to the exiting capacity or locations during the project.  There shall be no alterations to the existing continuity of fire protection life safety systems for this renovation.  There will be no change of occupancy or occupancy load
