Project Information: Please bid the project per plans; although, all VE options are welcome. 

For SITE/CONCRETE subcontractors: please refer to the "Defuniak Site Revisions" PDF for clarifications on how the concrete should be bid. This will be sent out via correspondence. The area in red needs to be concrete and ALL concrete will be 6” stone and 6” concrete. Disregard the heavy vs light duty.

For PLUMBING subcontractors: please make sure to pick up all the plumbing chases on the plumbing drawings.
