Alternate #3: 3 EA Box Hangars 60' x 60'

 Start: 60-90 Days

Completion: 120 Days

 Building Scope of Work:

Concrete, PEMB (Engineering & Design Documents, Structure, Interior/Exterior/Roof Panels, Bi-Fold Doors, Personnel Doors, Roll-Up Doors, Insulation), Painting, Fire Extinguishers, & Electric (Service, Power, Lighting, Engineering & Calculations)

 NOTE: Please pay special attention to the specs for requirements relating to: DBE / Minority / Female Participation Goals, Buy American, & Davis Bacon Wage Scale.

 If you qualify as DBE / Minority / Female certification please make note on your proposal and include with your proposal any documentation to support your certification.
