Project Description: ***THIS IS A PARKWAY PROJECT*** We will be having a Pre-Bid meeting on Monday, August 21st from 1:30pm - 4:00pm at the Fairfield Inn near the site (1820 W Lincolnway). It will be open house style. Please come when you can to introduce your company, ask any questions, and meet the PM and estimator on the project. We are aware this project has bid previously. Parkway has not been a part of those exercises and has negotiated a contract with the owner. Four story, 57,830 sf, slab on grade, wood framed hotel on a 2.25 acre site. Finish product specifications for manufacturers, colors, etc. can be found in the spec book in section 003113.
