This project involves the construction of an upfit for a new red hot & blue restaurant within an existing 2,465 sf fast casual restaurant. Upfit to consist of new 800 sf covered patio addition, along with new exterior signage and interior renovations and space layout.
The site involves no new landscaping, cutting out portions of the existing patio paving to place concrete footers for the patio structure.
The building includes demolition of walls, doors, storefront panel, casework, furniture, utilities, flooring, concrete slab on grade and outside paving. Relocating exhaust duct and fire suppression system. Demo plan can be found on drawing AD1.01.
Interior work includes new metal stud walls, tile flooring, concrete slab on grade, ceiling over the kitchen, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
Exterior work includes a new 800 sf covered patio that involves concrete columns, wood frame with metal roof, relocated metal awning on front of building and patch roofing for roof top units.
