This is an interior fit out for a 4,113SF existing space to accommodate new commercial kitchen spaces. Scope of work to include but not limited to:
• Lower-level storage areas
• Main level lobby
• Main level order processing center
• Main level storage
• Main level offices
Addition of new 1,645SF to the rear of the building as shown in the CD set. New 2 story addition with kitchen space and storage space on level 2
• Main level kitchens
• Second level breakroom
• Second level storage racks for dry storage, equipment, coolers & freezers
Tenant improvement scope of work to include provision of new kitchen exhaust hoods, exhaust fans, RTUs, restrooms, stair & elevator for interior space.
Exterior façade to be repainted as shown in the CD set. Refinish existing stairs, ramp, and railings and new ramp provided as shown.
