General Scope of work
The project is an office upfit on the 2nd floor of an existing building that houses the church auditorium on the 1st floor. We will also be building a new male & female restroom block and janitor room on the 1st floor.

The 2nd floor will have about 16,000 sf of office space for the church’s administrative offices. The upfit will consist of two restrooms , a staff lounge, ushers lounge, 2 conference rooms, a pastors suite with a dining
area, counselling room, prep room(warming kitchen) and several office stations and storage spaces.
