This project will consist of the new construction of a 5-story, 30,000 SF wood framed 80-unit muti-family building located at approximately 217 Hilliard Avenue in Asheville, NC. The building footprint will encompass most of the site. Onsite staging will be very limited and will need to be coordinated with EMJ. No parking will be available on-site. Parking is available along adjacent streets and parking lots and costs associated with this are the responsibility of the subcontractor. Trades consist of shoring, sitework, concrete, masonry, wood framing, gypcrete, millwork, fiber cement siding, metal wall panels and siding, roofing, waterproofing, vinyl windows, doors, frames and hardware, interior finishes, conveyance equipment, specialties, and MEP trades.
