SCOPE OF WORK:
The project scope includes but is not limited to, interior demolition, new interior partitions, doors and windows, interior finishes, mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm to renovation areas as indicated on the drawings on all four levels of the McMichael Science Center at Elon University. This scope is for Phase 1 only.

Important Notes:
All subs bidding Lomax Construction must have Workmen’s Compensation & General Liability Insurance and name Lomax Construction, Inc. as an additional insured prior to award of subcotract.

Subs/Vendors are responsible for reviewing entire set of bid documents prior to submission of bid.

Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical Subs: Please include license # and classification on bid proposals. Please also indicate a percentage ADD for bid bond, as may be required.
