Buried Debris
The addendum to the geotech report discusses buried debris. Please confirm the landlord’s site demo contractor has already removed the items and undercut the areas in accordance with the geotech addendum.

Response
As discussed during the pre-bid meeting and outlined in those minutes, the buried debris is assumed to have been removed by the developer and no cost are to be included in the GC’s bid for any buried debris.

DESCRIPTION: A new 19,668 sf Aldi grocery store including grading, site utilities & storm, paving, striping & signage, landscaping, concrete, rebar, masonry, structural steel erection, stainless steel, millwork, caulking, overhead doors, storefront & windows, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, ceramic tile, toilet partitions & accessories, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler, electrical. NOTES:
