New Hope Place Apartments is a new construction, NCHFA multi-family project consisting of 80 units in 4 double-loaded breezeway buildings and a community building. Project construction start date is 1st Quarter 2023, with a projected finish date of 2nd Quarter 2024.

We are seeking proposals for CONTRACT PRICING for the following trade packages: Sitework, building concrete, gypcrete, masonry, miscellaneous steel, wood framing turnkey, framing labor only, prefab wood stairs, cabinets & countertops, finish carpentry, vinyl railing, trim materials & trim labor, waterproofing/caulking/fireproofing, building insulation, asphalt shingle roofing,vinyl & fiber cement siding, doors & windows, finishes, specialties, appliances. MEP, sprinkler, fire alarm

All drawings provided in this invitation are Approved for Construction, except Civil drawings, which are Preliminary Permit drawings. The owner HAS NOT indicated that civil drawings will be updated. If/when they are, you will receive a notice. The Owner HAS NOT indicated if certified payroll, Secition 3, or MWBE participation are required. We WILL NOT be providing an estimate to the owner based on these requirements.
