DESCRIPTION: Expansion of an existing Aldi Food store including selective demoltion, grading, storm, striping & signage, rebar, concrete, steel erection, overhead door, loading dock equipment, storefront, drywall, painting, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical work.

NOTES: 1) Insurance Requirements. Morgan Construction Company, Inc. has built over 140 Aldi Stores in the Southeast and will manage this project so that it will be built in a timely and orderly manner.
