Project consists of improving the facade and sidewalk areas at the Lenox Marketplace along Peachtree Rd NE & Oak Valley Rd NE beginning in mid-July.
Project scope includes brick and ada pavers, fencing, granite curbing, lighted bollards, grading, selective demolition, site drainage, landscaping, irrigation, steel planters, concrete flatwork, concrete coloring & aggregate, cast in place retaining walls and footings, rebar, thin brick veneer, cast stone, steel pipe railings, misc. steel, finish carpentry, wooden bleacher seats, knotwood aluminum battens, aluminum composite metal panels, stucco, tpo roof flashing, caulking, sealants, moisture barriers, side folding security grilles, storefronts, drywall/metal studs, painting, faux green wall, and electrical work.
