We ask that any Cold Form Metal Stud Framing Contractors include the vertical framing studs shown on sheet SA302 which are indicated to be provided by the PEMB Manufacturer. The PEMB Manufacturer will not be providing any vertical framing studs.

Structural Steel Subcontractors will need you to provide and install the masonry reinforcing steel along steel line 6. Please refer to the detail 8/SA503, 9/SA503, 10/SA503, 11/SA503, 12/SA503, & 13/SA503.

We will also need you to provide and install the steel supporting the operable partition shown in detail 3 on sheet AA303. This wall is located between community room 102 & community room 108.

At the Concession Building, the Steel Truss Suppliers will provide the metal trusses and metal decking. Please include the remaining structural steel at this building.

For electrical fixture H, the electrical contractor is to furnish and install the acoustical panel housing for all H fixtures, even the acoustical panel housings for the fixtures that do not have lights installed in them as shown on sheet EA102
