The project scope is:  Complete site work improvements with utilities (0.80 ac disturbed) to include concrete paving, asphalt paving, striping, landscaping, and other site improvements per plans, and specifications within documents.  New wood framed, structural steel, and wood truss supported building with included finished sales space (1st Floor = 1855 sf & Basement = 1855 sf). Exterior finishes include brick and fiber cement siding.  Interiors include stained concrete, paint, , sealed concrete, wall framing, drywall, ceilings, diamond plating and full MEP’s.
