This project consists of a new instructional support center building; scope of work consists of but is not limited to the following: Clearing, Grubbing, Grading, Concrete Foundations, Steel Structure, Light Gauge Metal Trusses, CMU, Light Gauge Metal Framing, Brick Veneer, Asphalt Single Roofing, PVC Roofing, Painting, Tile, Resilient Flooring, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Metal Doors, Wood Doors and Hardware Installation, Toilet Partitions, Installation of Plumbing HVAC and Electrical.

Sitework, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Roofing Contractors

For these trades, we must provide the following before 10AM the next morning after our bid is due to the owner.
